Metadata-only pointer to the IESO data directory. This note records discoverability without copying source bodies. Before any downstream use, an operator must verify the current terms, individual dataset conditions, measurement definitions, and update cadence at the source URL. The directory and its current XML/CSV report links were rechecked on 2026-07-21; report bodies remain outside the repository and the stress proof stores URL metadata only.
