Generation output contract

Monthly grid-connected output is grouped into nuclear, gas, hydro, wind, solar, and biofuel. The GWh table is additive; the percentage table should sum to approximately 100% after rounding. Totals and averages supplied by the source are retained but treated separately from monthly rows.
