Retention and refresh policy

Versioned public fixtures remain in Git while they support reproducible demonstrations. A refresh must add or replace a clearly identified snapshot, preserve attribution, rerun contracts, and review affected conclusions. Derived mirrors may be regenerated and are not committed in the source example. Scratch downloads stay outside Git.
